Standard turnaround is 6 to 8 weeks from the date of examination or receipt of all relevant documentation. Expedited reports can be arranged in urgent circumstances.
Which courts does Prof. Hindocha accept instructions from?
Prof. Hindocha accepts instructions from all civil and criminal courts in England and Wales, including the County Court, High Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal. He also accepts instructions from coroners, employment tribunals and overseas proceedings.
Is remote examination available?
Yes. Remote examination via video consultation is available where clinically appropriate. In-person examination remains available at Harley Street, London and at regional clinics across the UK.
What are the fees for medico-legal work?
